HOW TO USE YOUR WATCH :
1) First time short press the M button to awake your watch indicating time
2) The Second time short press to indicate Date(Upside for Month,Downside for Day)
3) The Third time short press then show the sec.
SETTING YOUR WATCH:
1) Activate the LED screen first, then long press the bottom(around 3sec.) to enter setting mode which the number is keep flashing.
2) When you see the number is flashing, please short press to adjust to the correct number you want. After that, Long press for confirmation and switch to another data setting.
3) The data setting order is Hour->Minute->Year->Month->Day.
