PP three layers foam panel fabrication has basic conditions to have a good structure.
1. Recycle benefit is because the inner layer (contact with foods ) apply with FDA
food grade PP material, intermediate layer apply recycle material to Foam,
outside layer apply printable PP material. This can save cost.
2. If use for no food container, inner layer can use recycle material too to save cost.
3. Hollow form process is similar as PP panel, can be produced directly.
